An Introduction to easily applied Self Love & Pranayama rituals that will transform your daily life for a better 2023 and best of all… they are a New Year’s resolution that you are likely to stick to.
The workshop will take place over 2.5 hours and will include a yoga class, introduction to pranayama (breath-work techniques for anxiety, mood boost, vitality and concentration. How to journal for stress release and happiness, and a take-away plan that can be easily incorporated into daily life so that it is not just a goal but soon an incredibly transformative life-habit.
