Caroline likes to teach asana such as Hatha flow, Vinyasa and Yin - Restorative classes as well as incorporating Nidra, meditation and pranayama (breath-work) and spirituality into her classes; She follows her student’s rhythm preferring to inspire them to improve upon themselves in every class whilst listening to their body. Her students leave feeling, rejuvenated, lengthened, toned and strengthened as well as more calm.

Her Kids yoga classes are focused on helping children find their inner voice, a sense of calm and ability to self-regulate in a calm, accepting and fun environment.

"My dream is to help others discover the enormous benefits to a regular practice of yoga and our ability to heal ourselves using quantum energy and mindfulness and to pass this ancient but re-emerging wisdom on to the next generation”

In addition she gives private sessions in energy healing (reiki, quantum touch , and intuitive modalities) as well as private yoga therapy sessions at the centre or at the workplace or clients home. Phong Huynh

Born and raised in Belgium as the youngest son of Vietnamese boat people, Phong looks back with gratitude on an upbringing that consisted of Eastern and Western values. This resulted in his love for looking at life in a holistic/dualistic way.

As a young boy, his fascination for martial arts, brought him into contact with some Chinese martial arts teacher who guided him for over 20 years. Each lesson was given in the forest with focus on body, mind, breath and nature. It soon became clear that the martial art was merely a way to serve a much greater goal: to cultivate self-awareness… mentally, physically and emotionally. By understanding yourself, you can find the way to regulate yourself.

Phong further explored the world of Qigong, Taiji and mindfulness.Since 2018, Phong has been working as an independent mental coach. He guides people to more inner stillness and self-awareness through mindful conversations and/or eastern health exercises.

In addition, he has been part of the Medical Center Ternat team since 2018, where guidance is provided to people who deal with burnout or other mental / physical struggles. Phong has now joined the team at Gaia Dharma Centre, working with Teens and adults in a group or private setting, spreading the knowledge and tools to enable them to heal and regulate their mind and body in a calming and safe environment.

By performing physical exercises in a slow and mindful manner, Phong guides people to a reconnection with their “inner world” and to experience more control over themselves. Beside body awareness, a sense of wellbeing, self-confidence and self-appreciation is being cultivated during the exercises.

Phong gives private mindfulness sessions that incorporate Kung-Fu principles, Tai Chi, Qigong and Breath-Work. .
